CINCINNATI, Ohio / February 5, 2026 – Broker/Owner Kellie Barter and agent Marianne Gibbs of Weichert, Realtors® – R.E. 1790 have been appointed to the executive board of the Southern Ohio Association of REALTORS®, with Barter serving as 2026 Past President and Gibbs assuming the role of Treasurer.
In their respective roles on the leadership team, Barter and Gibbs will help guide the association’s strategic direction and support initiatives that strengthen professionalism, advocacy, and education for REALTORS® throughout Southern Ohio.
Both Barter and Gibbs bring valuable leadership experience to their roles on the executive team. Barter is serving her fourth year on the Board of Directors, including the previous two years as President of the Board. Gibbs is serving her second year on the Board of Directors and joins the executive team for the first time this year as Treasurer.
