The event is open to the public and provides an opportunity for attendees to mingle and network with industry leaders, agents, and brokers. Attendees can also enjoy hors d’oeuvres, refreshing concoctions, and live music.

Macaluso jumped on the incredible opportunity to open her own Weichert® franchise earlier this year, enabling her to make a lasting impact on the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As the proud Broker/Owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Property Partners, she has assembled a powerful leadership team that attracts top talent, fostering an environment where agents can thrive.
Prior to opening her own brokerage, Macaluso thrived as branch manager at Ebby Halliday and Coldwell Banker, where she led the top office in Texas for five consecutive years. She was also previously recognized as the top independent sales associate for Coldwell Banker Collin County prior to stepping into a managerial role.
Macaluso’s commitment to excellence is evident in her service as a Collin County Area REALTORS® director and her role in teaching the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics for license renewal. In January 2024, she was appointed to the Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, where she reviews agent violations statewide. Additionally, she has authored six Texas REALTORS® CE classes for new agent training and edited the Law of Agency book for Dearborn Publishing on a national level. Terri also served a six-year term on the Broker Lawyer Committee for the Texas Real Estate Commission from 2015 to 2021 and served as a faculty member at Collin College in the Real Estate School, where she taught pre-licensure courses and now provides advisory support. In 2025, she will serve on the Texas REALTORS® Professional Development Committee, advising on faculty training & curriculum.
A proud native of Chicago, Macaluso has called Dallas home since 1990. With a zest for life and a deep passion for people, she values her family above all, enjoying lively adventures with her husband, three sons, two daughters and eight grandchildren. Her vibrant personality and commitment to building relationships have made her a beloved figure in the community.
Armed with a master’s degree in nursing and faculty experience at Indiana University Nursing School, Macaluso seamlessly transitioned her exceptional people skills into a successful career in real estate. Her knowledge, passion, and dedication to her agents have not only drawn individuals to her but have also significantly impacted their growth and success in the industry.
