Weichert, Realtors® – Twin Cities Becomes Newest Southern California Affiliate
TEMECULA, Calif. / Mar. 1, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continues to grow its market presence on the West Coast with the addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Twin Cities, its newest affiliate in Southern California. The addition of the new real estate office in Temecula, formerly known as Twin Cities Realty Experts, marks the 9th Weichert® affiliate office in the state.
The Temecula-based real estate agency made the decision to franchise after the company’s owner, Vanessa Ruelas, met with the Weichert leadership team in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Ruelas saw tremendous value in joining a brand like Weichert and the support they provide their affiliated owners, brokers and agents.
“I’m extremely proud to align myself with a national brand like Weichert that continues to increase its presence on the West Coast,” said Ruelas. “I knew franchising could help grow my business so I began looking at several brands, but none of them stood out to me like Weichert did.”
