Weichert, Realtors® – JBR Legacy Group Becomes Newest Alabama Affiliate
Dothan, Ala. / Aug. 7, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to welcome a new Alabama real estate company that prides itself on the high-quality service provided by its agents. The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – JBR Realty Group, formerly known as James Bowman Realty, Inc., is run by the company’s president/owner, Dwayne Bowman.
The addition of Weichert, Realtors® – JBR Legacy Group, located in Dothan, continues the franchise’s expansion throughout Alabama, which is now home to 10 Weichert® affiliated offices.
“My business partner, Mark Chambliss, and I met with the Weichert franchise leadership team earlier this year at their headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey to discuss franchising as a way to grow our business,” said Bowman, whose father started the Dothan agency 42 years ago. “Everything Weichert had to offer was great and their company’s family atmosphere is much like ours.”
The decision to join the national franchise system came shortly after that visit.
“Mark and I called our other two business partners, Pam Roberts and Carrie Blankenship, right after the meeting ended and we made the decision to join Weichert while driving back to the airport,” added Bowman.
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Bowman’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help the company offer the best real estate service in the industry. The Alabama affiliate is also eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
