Only 97 of the nearly 250 brands surveyed were included in the “2019 Top Low-Cost Franchise” list, and only 50 were chosen for the “2019 Multi-Unit Franchise” list. Franchise Business Review is a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction.
Franchise Business Review surveyed thousands of low-cost and multi-unit franchise owners between September 2017 and February 2019 for each report, which is based solely on franchise owners’ satisfaction with their franchisor.
