SPRINGDALE, Ark. / July 1, 2019 – Weichert, Realtors® – The Griffin Company is proud to announce that Marcy Chavez has been named one of the top Latino real estate agents in the country by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
Chavez – who has been recognized on the prestigious annual list three years in a row – was ranked #39 on the 2019 NAHREP “Top 250 Latino Agents” list based on the number of sales transactions she closed last year.
This also marks the third consecutive year that Chavez has advanced significantly in the annual rankings after debuting on the list in 2017 at #77 and #49 last year.
The association, which represents nearly 50,000 Hispanic real estate professionals across the country, also named Chavez the top Hispanic female agent in Arkansas after closing 95 real estate deals in 2018.

Chavez’s “Top 250 Latino Agents” ranking follows her being named one of the top producing agents at Weichert, Realtors® – The Griffin Company for 2018, which earned her the President’s Club award from Weichert Real Estates Affiliates, Inc.
