FORT MYERS, Fla. / Dec. 9, 2020 — Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE recently added Jean Alcime, Jacklynn Brennan, Ann Miliunas, Thomas Tamboureas, Karla Thomas and James Walden to its growing team of talented and dedicated agents serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral and the surrounding areas.
The team’s six new agents are each members of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association, Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.

Alcime joined Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE last month. “I truly value the trust that clients place in me and I strive every day to meet and exceed their expectations,” said Alcime. “I love providing exceptional service, and I’m confident that my strong market knowledge and my professional demeanor can be great assets for my clients.”
Alcime graduated from college with an associate degree in pharmacy.
He’s married with two children, and is fluent in English, French and Creol.
Brennan also joined the team in November along with Alcime. “I was drawn to Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE because of the strong brand recognition, the wide array of tools and training offered by the company and the family feeling within the team,” said Brennan.
A native of Philadelphia, Brennan attended school to pursue a career as a medical assistant before joining the real estate industry.
Brennan is married with four children. When she’s not servicing clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and painting furniture.
Miliunas came to Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE in October and had prior experience in the industry at Premier Florida Realty. “The team here is energetic, humble and personable, and we truly work together to assist clients with all their real estate needs,” said Miliunas.
A native of Spring Green, Wisconsin, Miliunas enjoys exercising and outdoor activities in her free time.
Tamboureas also joined the team at Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE in October. “While living in Chicago, I made a lot of trips and spent a lot of time down in Southwest Florida before moving here in 2008,” said Tamboureas. “Now, I have the pleasure of helping others navigate their way down here and assisting in the hunt for their dream homes in this beautiful area.”
In addition to being a licensed REALTOR®, Tamboureas is also a licensed property and casualty insurance agent and Florida home inspector.
Tamboureas is married and has two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, friends and two dogs, as well as playing pickleball.
Thomas, who joined the team late last month, credited the Weichert® brand and family atmosphere as reasons she was drawn to the company. “The national brand and the family type of atmosphere within the company were very appealing,” said Thomas. “I’m passionate about making the buying and selling experiences wonderful for my clients, and I’m looking forward to a long and successful career here at Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE.”
Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising from Pace University. She’s owned several businesses, including a restaurant, an auto shop and an export company.
She migrated to New York City from the Caribbean, and has also lived in Texas, Hawaii and Maine.
Thomas is married and enjoys traveling and entertaining in her free time.
Walden came to Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE in October. “Clients have told me how much they appreciate my honesty, friendliness and outgoing and energetic personality. I believe it’s contagious and truly enhances our relationships and my dedication,” said Walden. “I work tirelessly to find my clients exactly what they’re looking for throughout the process.”
Walden, a native of Columbus, Georgia, earned an English degree from Columbus State University. He has 20 years of retail management and customer service experience.
When he’s not servicing clients, Walden enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on hikes with his dog.
