Overgard will help lead the CVR MLS, which provides local real estate professionals with the resources and services needed to conduct ethical and professional services to clients in the Central Virginia region.

Overgard has been a licensed agent since 1985 and earned his broker’s license in 1987. He’s served as a foreclosure and distressed property specialist for 35 years.
He’s served in many leadership roles throughout his extensive real estate career, including as president of the Southside Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the CVR MLS, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Virginia REALTORS®, Richmond Association of REALTORS® and Southside Virginia Association of REALTORS®.
