MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. / January 31, 2022 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continued to expand its national franchise network with the opening of 28 new franchised offices in 2021.
The new openings increased Weichert’s franchise footprint to 375 total offices across 41 states, with several more franchised offices slated to open in the early part of 2022. The new office pipeline includes planned expansion into two new states, Montana and North Dakota, which will grow the franchise’s total footprint to 43 states.

Highlighting the franchise system’s growth in 2021 was continued expansion in the Southern and Midwest regions, which accounted for 19 of the 28 new office openings during the year. Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin each had multiple Weichert franchised offices open their doors in 2021.
