FAIRBAULT, Minn. / March 21, 2022 – Weichert, Realtors® – Heartland has been named to the prestigious Weichert® Premier Client Group (PCG), earning a spot among the top-performing Weichert® affiliates in the country. The office also had 14 of its agents honored by the national franchise organization, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. (WREA), for their outstanding real estate performance in 2021.
Weichert, Realtors® – Heartland is one of only 30 companies – out of over 260 from the Weichert national franchise network – named to the PCG. Members are identified based on sales performance from 2021.
“I am really proud of the steps forward our team has taken over the past year,” said Jake Piller, broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Heartland. “The culture within our office has created so many positives throughout the last year that led to receiving these awards and recognition.”
In addition to the company’s ranking among the top Weichert affiliates in the nation, 14 of the team’s agents received awards for outstanding production and service.
Evan Knutson, Marissa Babcock, Michelle Jasinski, David Campbell, Megan Culhane, Lori Gustafson, Kasey Anderson, Taviah Johnson, Sharon Kirk-Zeller, Carrie Hopkins, Jon Brewer, Karen Smith, Ryan Geiger and Mandy Beucler received recognition based on achieving specified production requirements in gross commission income or units closed over the past calendar year.

Evan Knutson also received the highest individual honor in the WREA Minnesota and Northern Wisconsin Broker Council as the Top Overall Associate.
“Evan started the year out with one thing in mind and that was being the top overall agent in our region,” commented Piller. “He was determined and relentless on the pursuit to achieve that goal, which ultimately led to so much growth from him. Along the way, he helped other agents within our office grow and understand what it takes to be at the top.”
