The honor is awarded annually to the Weichert affiliated agent with the highest gross commission income who has been an agent for 18 months or less.
McNeely earned the award among rookie agents from over 260 Weichert franchised companies in operation across the country. He was recognized as the National Rookie of the Year at an awards banquet on March 25 hosted by the Weichert Mid-Atlantic Broker Council.

McNeely was born on Long Island but grew up in Milford. He’s worked in sales throughout his life and prides himself on being genuine, honest and transparent with each of his clients.
He recently joined the real estate industry with a goal of helping others find their dream home in the beautiful Poconos so they can enjoy the lifestyle, mountains and Delaware River.
