The event will be held at the brokerage office at 340 N. Main Street, Suite 209, in Watford City.
Broker/owner Michelle De Koekkoek says that the event will feature light snacks, door prizes from local businesses, a drawing for VIP tickets for Ribfest, and a ribbon cutting ceremony to introduce this new business to the local community. De Koekkoek recently opened the brokerage, the first and only Weichert affiliate in North Dakota, building on her award-winning success in the real estate business at Weichert, Realtors® – Vanson Associates in the Bellingham, WA area. The new Weichert, Realtors® – Providence Properties will provide services to real estate buyers and sellers in McKenzie, Williams, Dunn, Mercer, Mountrail, and Stark Counties.
De Koekkoek is an award-winning agent, accumulating a number of achievements prior to making the decision to bring her expertise to North Dakota and open her own brokerage, including
