and Kerri Bennett, who have over 30 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Simo and Bennett also run a property management company, Home Real Estate Services, which has been in operation for 12 years.

Simo is a long-time resident of Columbus and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He’s served in multiple leadership roles in the local real estate scene, including on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Board of REALTORS® and the Crossroads Association of REALTORS®. He also served as President of the Crossroads Association of REALTORS® from 2019-20 and was a member of the organization’s Community Outreach and Political Action Committees.
Simo has operated a successful property management company for over a decade and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He serves on the State and Local Government Affairs Committee and Federal Government Affairs Committee for the organization.
Simo has been married to his wife, Alison, for over 30 years and they have two adult children together. When he’s not serving clients, he enjoys traveling the world and scuba diving. He’s been a member of his local church for over 30 years and serves as a member of its IT department.
Bennett is a lifelong resident of Columbus and has been in the real estate business for eight years. She’s also a member of the Crossroads Association of REALTORS®, where she serves on the Community Outreach Committee. Bennett recently accepted a position on the organization’s Board of Directors, with her term running from 2023-26. She’s enjoyed a successful career in real estate, earning the Honor Society Award each year from 2016-19 and the Top Producer & Outstanding Service Award in 2020.
Bennett has been married to her husband, Joe, for seven years. They have four adult children together and two grandchildren. When she’s not serving clients, Bennett enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and playing billiards.
