LAKE WORTH, Fla. / January 3, 2023 – Weichert, Realtors® – True Quality Service raised $4,355 at its fifth annual Veterans Car Show held this past month. Proceeds from the event were donated to Stand Down’s Faith Hope Love charity, which assists military veterans and their families in Palm Beach County.
The event took place in Lake Worth on December 9 and featured dozens of hot rods, classic and sport cars. With this year’s contributions, the event has now raised over $20,000 for needy veterans over the past five years.
Michael Garcia, broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – True Quality Service, is a member of the board of directors for the Faith Hope Love charitable organization. “This is a cause that’s near and dear to my heart,” said Garcia, who served in the United States Army. “It means so much to be able to help our veterans in need and honor the sacrifice they made to proudly serve our country.”
