Sales Volume by Unit Count Increased by 78% in 2023
GARDEN CITY, Idaho / January 23, 2023 – Weichert, Realtors® – Cormier & Associates continued to see tremendous growth in the Southwestern Idaho region in 2023, raising its sales volume by unit count by 78% compared to the previous calendar year.
Data was generated from the local Intermountain Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Within the MLS, participating brokerages’ sales volume was down by 14% on average in 2023, while Weichert, Realtors® – Cormier & Associates increased its sales volume by 78%.
