HUNTSVILLE, Ala. / September 5, 2024 – For the second year in a row, the team at Weichert, Realtors® – The Space Place partnered with the North Alabama Foster Closet for a back-to-school donation drive to benefit foster children in Northern Alabama.
Agents and staff from the brokerage organized the drive, collecting and donating school supplies and backpacks that helped 147 foster children receive everything they needed for the school year.
“We are deeply honored and grateful for the generosity and dedication of the agents and staff at Weichert, Realtors® – The Space Place,” said the North Alabama Foster Closet. “Once again, they collected an impressive array of backpacks and school supplies to support our efforts. Their contributions enabled us to custom fill backpacks with essential items, ensuring that children were well-prepared and excited for the new school year. This collaboration had a significant impact, bringing smiles to many faces and lightening the burden on families.
