HOUSTON, Texas / Sept. 7, 2017 – Weichert, Realtors® – Wayne Murray Properties is proud to announce the addition of Barbara Springer, SCRP, GMS, CMS as its new president of corporate real estate services. In this new role, Springer will be responsible for directing and growing the corporate real estate services division at the Texas-based Weichert® affiliate.
“I am very excited to take on this new leadership position at Weichert, Realtors® – Wayne Murray Properties,” said Springer, who will be relocating from Chicago to Houston for her new position. “I truly believe my experience and expertise in a broad variety of relocation and mobility businesses will help me immensely as I lead the company’s effort to grow and develop our relocation department.”
Springer brings a wealth of knowledge and business success to her new position at Weichert, Realtors® – Wayne Murray Properties. She previously served as the vice president of global business development at Nelson Westerberg, Inc. in Chicago. Springer was also the executive vice president of mobility and referral services at @properties, as well as the senior vice president of mobility and business development at Prudential Rubloff, both of which are located in Chicago. She also worked for Koenig & Strey Real Estate as vice president of relocation and business development.

Part of Springer’s industry experience includes her working at Prudential Relocation as an account executive, where she developed strong knowledge and experience within the relocation management industry, as well as a real estate appraiser.
In addition to her career background, Springer gives back to the community and industry in a variety of ways. She served as the foundation vice chairman of charitable causes for Worldwide ERC for over two years and served on the organization’s U.S. Advisory Council as a board member.
