The company, previously known as The Property Shoppe, becomes the eighth Weichert franchised office in the state of Arkansas and the first in Independence County.

The Property Shoppe first opened its doors back in 1980 and is one of the oldest surviving real estate companies in Batesville. Bill and Hayes Olson joined the brokerage as agents nearly two decades ago before purchasing the company in 2006.
The couple has since turned the brokerage into one of the most successful real estate companies in the area, built on a client-first philosophy and exceptional knowledge and love for the North Central Arkansas region.
The Olsons are extremely active in the local real estate scene and in community endeavors. Bill and Hayes have each served as president of the Batesville Board of REALTORS® and as members of state committees for the Arkansas REALTORS® Association. In 2017, Bill received recognition as the Arkansas REALTOR® of the Year.
