Scavone, a 20-year veteran with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., led the way in reenergizing and refocusing the franchise system in 2024. His leadership contributed to the growth of the WREA sales team and the highest number of new office openings for the system since the start of the pandemic.
He also spearheaded the company’s upgrades to key resources for its franchise owners and their associates. This included retooling the popular DOORS™ Listing System to better match evolving consumer dynamics in the listing process and giving agents more customization flexibility than they ever had before. It also included a redesign of the already popular Weichert Buyer Consultation, helping ensure their agents were at the forefront of changes in the industry. Scavone also continued to communicate the importance of sales activities in a down market to generate transactions, including a refocus on Open Houses, along with new materials, new ideas, and new methodologies.
