Weichert, Realtors® – Property Partners Becomes Newest Texas Affiliate
CELINA, Texas / April 15, 2024 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is proud to announce that Weichert, Realtors® – Property Partners, a new real estate brokerage in Celina, has joined its national franchise system. The company becomes the 23rd Weichert® franchised office in the state of Texas.
Weichert, Realtors® – Property Partners is owned and operated by Terri Macaluso, a successful real estate executive and manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Prior to opening her own brokerage, Macaluso was a highly successful real estate executive and manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, leading her office to the top of the production rankings in the state and multiple President’s Council Awards. Macaluso’s strong recruiting and retention skills helped grow her team from 50 agents to over 230, while she helped seamlessly integrate new members into the company’s exceptional culture. Macaluso ranked among the top managers in the country in her brand’s system for recruiting, and her office was ranked as the brand’s top in Texas in recruiting and listings during multiple years under her management.
Macaluso is highly active in her community, serving on the local Broker Lawyer Committee and the Professional Standards Committee for Texas REALTORS®. She’s also a Code of Ethics Instructor, associate faculty member for Collin College Real Estate School, and has edited the Law of Agency book for Dearborn Real Estate Education.
Prior to moving to Texas, Macaluso worked as a registered nurse and served on the faculty at Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), teaching leadership and management courses to senior students in the school of nursing. She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Purdue University and a master’s in public health nursing from Indiana University.
