Weichert, Realtors® – The Moke Agency Becomes Newest Indiana Affiliate
CROWN POINT, Ind. / Dec. 13, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Moke Realty, Inc. in Crown Point has joined their national franchise system.
The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – The Moke Agency, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by Broker/Owner Joe Moke.
“I’m excited to take advantage of the resources Weichert provides to help grow my business,” said Moke, a third-generation broker who runs the agency started by his father in 1972. “Weichert also has an incredible host of resources to help my agents succeed.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Moke’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help them offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.

“It’s my dad’s name on our building so I took the decision to franchise very seriously,” said Moke, who looked into other brands before making the decision to go with Weichert.
