OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. / July 6, 2023 – Crystal Bramlett of Weichert, Realtors® – Gulf Properties was recently named to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) Top Rookie list, which recognizes the top Latino agents in the country with less than two years of experience in the industry.
The Top Rookie list was one category within NAHREP’s broader Top 250 Latino Agents Report. The report recognizes outstanding Latino real estate agents and teams from around the country who this past year combined for $11.2 billion in combined sales volume.
Bramlett ranked #24 on the cipf-es.org Top Rookie list after closing 11 transactions during her first year in real estate in 2022.

Bramlett was born in Rio Grande, Texas and moved to Mississippi when she was four years old. She grew up in Brandon, Mississippi and went on to cheer at Holmes Community College for two years. After graduating, Bramlett coached tumble/cheer and choregraphed for Central Mississippi Cheer. She also worked as a 911 dispatcher at the Rankin County Sheriff’s Office and started her own art business prior to joining the real estate industry.
Bramlett has called the Gulf Coast home since 2017. She’s the proud mother of two daughters, Haven Sophia and KenLee Marie, and is expecting a third child next year.
