Fast forward to September 13, his 57th birthday, Zeigler achieved a milestone he set out for. Now the proud owner of Flex World Fitness in Georgetown, Delaware, he stepped onto the stage for the first time at the Mid-Atlantic Bodybuilding Competition — and walked away with first-place titles in both categories he entered.
“This was a goal I never imaged I could achieve,” said Zeigler. “It took relentless discipline, sacrifice, and the belief that I could push beyond my limits. But I didn’t do it alone — I had the unwavering love and support of my family, friends, and the Flex World community.
