nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
The PSA Certification offers vital knowledge and skills to REALTORS® in a current market that depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the pricing assignment from various perspectives.
“Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA” is the required course for the PSA certification that provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analyses and the underlying pricing principles that inform them, and interact effectively with appraisers. Once awarded the certification, REALTORS® are equipped to guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.
Keith is a native East Tennessean and has resided in Knoxville for most of his life. He believes there are few areas that offer the diversity of beauty and climate found in East Tennessee.
After graduating from Carson-Newman College in 1973, he attended the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and then West Virginia University Medical Center on his path to becoming a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. After retiring from the practice, Keith established Hilldridge Farm, where a variety of exotic animals made their homes over the years.
His interest in real estate, coupled with knowledge of the East Tennessee area, led to his pursuit of a real estate license and the desire to provide a service to those buying and selling homes in Knoxville and surrounding areas. Keith has vigorously pursued educational opportunities to improve service to his clients. In addition to earning the PSA Certification, his other designations and certifications include At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sales & Foreclosures Resource (SFR).
