The honor is awarded annually to the Weichert affiliated agent with the highest gross commission income who has been a commissioned agent for 18 months or less. McElman was recognized as the National Rookie of the Year at a virtual awards event on March 12 hosted by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.
She earned the award among rookie agents from over 260 Weichert franchised companies in operation across the country.
