GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. / Dec. 10, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors®- Heiden Homes Realty is proud to announce that Toni Heiden was recently recognized for her distinguished 40 year real estate career by the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association.
Heiden is the owner and managing broker of Weichert, Realtors® – Heiden Homes Realty, an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate in Grand Junction.
The Grand Junction real estate association honored Heiden with the recognition during its quarterly luncheon meeting on October 25 at the DoubleTree Inn.
“I am humbled and honored to receive this recognition from the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association,” said Heiden. “I’ve spent the entirety of my professional career helping clients turn their dreams of homeownership into a reality. I am truly thankful for the countless opportunities that they’ve given me to assist with their home buying and selling needs.”
Heiden was a single mom with two small children when she got her real estate license in 1978. Persistence and a desire to provide a better life for her children helped Heiden succeed early in her career in an industry dominated by men at the time.
“My kids grew up watching me work relentlessly to succeed in this business,” added Heiden. “I would bring them with me to set up open house yard signs. They got to see how much I enjoyed being a real estate agent and how successful you could be if you were willing to work hard.”
Heiden opened her own real estate agency in 2003 under the name Heiden Homes Realty & Associates. The company joined the Weichert national franchise network three years later, which is now known as Weichert, Realtors®- Heiden Homes Realty.
Heiden and her husband, Mike Moran, who handles marketing at the real estate company, live in Grand Junction.
