Less than a month after publicly announcing they joined the Weichert® national franchise system on June 18, a new office record was set for the largest commission check earned by a licensed agent at the company.
Summers Pendarvis, who is also the company’s new broker-in-charge, represented the buyer of a $2.35 million home on Lake Jocassee. A real estate deal that Pendarvis says presented a few twists at times.
“This was one of the more complex and tumultuous series of negotiations I’ve handled,” said Pendarvis, who finalized the seven-figure property sale on July 23. “However, I was able to use the systems and tools provided by Weichert to successfully negotiate with both the seller and third parties.”
The staff at the Edgefield affiliate, including Pendarvis, was able to take advantage of Weichert operating systems and marketing resources – as well as agent training programs – in the weeks leading up to its official launch date to better assist their clients.
An advantage that Pendarvis believes will continue to lead to big things.
“This is just the beginning of the success we will have being affiliated with Weichert,” added Pendarvis.
