DENVER, Colo. / May 2, 2018 – Weichert, Realtors® – Professionals, with offices in Denver and Greenwood Village, is proud to announce that Jim Loveridge has been recognized as a Five Carat Diamond Circle Club Award winner by the South Metro Denver REALTORS Association (SMDRA) for his 2017 residential sales.
SMDRA members must have produced over $30 million in volume, or completed over 60 transactions, in order to become a Five Carat Individual Member of the Diamond Circle Club.
The local real estate association also recognized Todd Finley, Jason Bates and Jyll Overton at Weichert, Realtors® – Professionals as Diamond Circle Club Award winners for their sales production last year. Finley earned a Three Carat Diamond Circle Award, while Bates and Overton were named Two Carat award winners.
The awards were presented at the SMDRA sixth annual Diamond Circle Awards celebration on April 6 at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, during which the Weichert affiliated company was also recognized.
The association recognized Weichert, Realtors® – Professionals as a Top 3 company for highest absolute volume and absolute transactions, highest average volume and most transactions averaged per agent in an office with 26-50 agents.
