Posusta and Hoover accepted the award on behalf of Otter 36, a small investment group which they are members of.
The building that earned the duo and their investment group the Community Investment Award will serve as the new home for Weichert, Realtors® – The 515 Agency, which has offices in Ankeny and Algona.
