ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. / August 8, 2025 – Melissa Moya, a broker with Weichert, Realtors® – Image in Albuquerque, was a key organizer of the recent “Backpacks of Support” back-to-school fundraiser, sponsored by the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS® Ambassador Program (GAP). Held throughout the month of July, the initiative benefited unhoused children in the local community as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
Moya serves as chair of the GAAR Ambassador Program (GAP), which leads numerous charitable events for the Albuquerque community. Through the efforts of Moya, fellow program members, community supporters, and other brokers at Weichert, Realtors® – Image, a large collection of backpacks were gathered and donated to unhoused children, helping them prepare for a successful start to the new school year.
