SPRINGDALE, Ark. / July 12, 2017 – WEICHERT, REALTORS® – The Griffin Company is proud to announce that Marcy Chavez has been named one of the top Latino real estate agents in the country by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Chavez was ranked #77 on the 2017 NAHREP “Top 250 Latino Agents” list based on the number of sales transactions she closed last year.
The association, which represents nearly 50,000 Hispanic real estate professionals across the country, also named Chavez the top Hispanic female agent in Arkansas after closing 100 real estate deals in 2017. This marks the first time Chavez has been recognized on the prestigious list put out annually by the NAHREP.

Over the years, Chavez has been recognized for her outstanding performance, most recently with the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. top sales award, The Chairman’s Club, for her 2016 sales production.
