The long-standing and successful real estate company is operated by broker/owner Mike Kunesh. They have three offices in Wisconsin – in Marinette, Green Bay and Appleton – as well as an office in Menominee, Michigan.

Kunesh became a licensed real estate agent back in 1991 while attending college and obtained his broker’s license in 1994. He started his real estate company in 1999 with the first office in Marinette. They expanded operations into Michigan with the Menominee office in 2003 before adding the Green Bay office four years later. The brokerage continued its growth with their fourth office in Appleton in 2018.
Kunesh holds leadership positions within multiple REALTOR® associations. He’s the past president of the REALTORS® Association of Northeast Wisconsin and remains on the board. He’s also a board member for the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
