Weichert, Realtors® – BHM Preferred Becomes Newest Michigan Affiliate
PLYMOUTH, Mich. / Nov. 30, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., is pleased to announce that BHM Properties & Investments, Inc., a Plymouth-based boutique real estate agency, has joined their national franchise system.
The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® – BHM Preferred, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by Tina Fisher, the company’s broker/owner.
“I was very familiar with the Weichert brand and all the support the company provides its franchise affiliates when I met with their franchise leadership team earlier this year,” said Fisher, who had worked for a Weichert® franchise owned by a friend a few years ago.
That experience, which Fisher says was very positive, factored heavily into her decision to join the Weichert national franchise system.
“I had a tremendous interest in owning my own Weichert franchise ever since I got my broker’s license back in 2009,” added Fisher. “The management systems, agent training programs and back end support that Weichert provides its franchise affiliates is exactly what an independent agency like mine needs to grow its market share while we continue to offer our clients exceptional service.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Fisher’s team can take advantage of ongoing training programs provided by Weichert to help them offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office will also benefit from sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
