Greenfield has also been named a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) by the National Association of Realtors.

Greenfield earned the ABR designation after successfully completing a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty.
He completed an intensive specialized training covering a variety of senior topics to earn the SRES designation. The topics included how best to work with baby boomers, generational marketing, use and benefits of reverse mortgages, and assembling a team of experts to assist senior clients.
