The opening of Weichert, Realtors® – Reliable Properties marks the continued expansion for the Weichert® brand in New York state. Weichert now has 19 franchised companies currently in operation throughout the state.
Brothers Kevin and Craig Cioffi own and operate the company, which has offices in East Greenbush and Troy. Their company has a proud history of providing a wide range of real estate, property management, and self-storage services in the Capital Region.

Kevin has an extensive career in the real estate industry spanning over two decades. He began over 20 years ago by investing in properties, before widening his scope and diving into the self-storage business and building his own portfolio of residential apartments. Over two decades, his brokerage has been a proven resource for buyers and sellers across the Capital Region. He joined forces with his brother, Craig, three years ago when they founded Reliable Management Services, a full service property management company. Prior to teaming up with his brother, Craig spent nearly 30 years in the sales industry, including 17 in the automotive business where he quickly rose to the position of general manager of multiple stores. Craig also has 10 years of experience in advertising sales in the software industry.
