MADISON, Wisc. / Nov. 22, 2022 – Robert Grether, the broker/owner of Weichert, Realtors® – Lakepoint, was recently named to the 2023 Board of Directors for the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (SCWLMLS) in conjunction with the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW).
Grether and his fellow board members will be responsible for governing the South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (SCWMLS), which assures home sellers the widest possible exposure to prospective buyers and provides home buyers the greatest possible selection of homes in the area.
“I’m very excited to help lead this organization and serve in the best interest of home buyers and sellers in the area,” said Grether.
Grether operates one of the premier real estate brokerages in the Madison area, leading a team of 18 agents who serve home buyers and sellers in South Central Wisconsin.
Him and his team are heavily involved in supporting the local community. The company has participated in charitable efforts for the Beacon Homeless Day Resource Center, Rape Crisis Center, Goodman Community Center, Madison Reading Project, RASCW Holiday Toy Drive, and more.
