The 77-year-old Wolin also attributes his success to knowledge of the local market, trusting clients and a never ending attitude to help others.
“I’ve dealt with some major adversity during my 57-year real estate career. But I believe anything can be overcome if you try hard enough, despite all odds,” added Wolin, who faced the possibility of having his larynx removed and living with a voice box after being diagnosed with Stage 3 throat cancer several years ago.
