BRIGANTINE, N.J. / Mar. 15, 2021 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is honored to announce that Tammy Lancaster, a broker associate at Weichert, Realtors® – Brigantine Realty, has been named the winner of the prestigious 2020 Pinnacle Award for the nation’s top Weichert® affiliated agent.
The Pinnacle Award is presented annually to the top producing Weichert affiliated agent in the country based on gross commission income from the past calendar year. Lancaster was recognized at a virtual awards event on March 12 hosted by Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc.
Lancaster was the top producer out of over 6,800 Weichert affiliated agents from over 260 Weichert franchised companies in operation across the country.

Lancaster was a top selling Weichert affiliated agent in the Mid-Atlantic region in both 2018 and 2019 before becoming a first-time winner of the Pinnacle Award for her efforts in 2020. She’s earned numerous honors during her career as a Weichert affiliated agent, including being named to the Ambassador’s Club (2015), President’s Club (2016, 2017 and 2018) and Chairman’s Club (2019 and 2020). Each of the award levels recognize agents for reaching specified production requirements in gross commission income or units closed, with the Chairman’s Club being the top honor.
