SAVANNAH, Ga. / Mar. 18, 2021 – Tomeca McPherson, a talented and experienced agent at Weichert, Realtors® – Coastal Properties in Savannah, was recently appointed to the Savannah Area REALTORS® Strategic Planning Committee and the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah Sales & Marketing Council.
The two appointments for McPherson add to a long list of community involvement for the Savannah native. She also serves on the executive boards with the Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce and the Chatham County Democratic Committee. In addition to her many leadership roles, she’s also an active member of the MLK Observance Day Committee and the Junior League of Savannah, and is a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Savannah Program.

McPherson will have a prominent role with the association as a new member of its Strategic Planning Committee.
The Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah’s Sales and Marketing Council is made up of individuals who are engaged in a local trade, industry or profession related to building, subscribe to the code of ethics of the Association, and possess good character and business reputation.

She has a remarkably diverse career background, previously working in the healthcare field for over 10 years before changing career paths to the real estate industry. McPherson is a licensed independent life and health insurance broker and a political consultant.
