CENTENNIAL, Colo. / March 31, 2025 – Tracy Bolsinger of Weichert, Realtors® – Professionals is among an elite group of local REALTORS® to earn the 2024 South Metro Advanced REALTOR® Training (SMART) Designation, as announced by the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA). The Designation is designed to reward and provide recognition to SMDRA members who exceed continuing education requirements as set forth by the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
The SMART designation is awarded to those who have earned at least 24 SMART points over a calendar year. Points are awarded to classes, including those that did not qualify for Continuing Education credit, and attendance is tracked throughout the year.
