NEW ORLEANS, La. / November 4, 2022 — Hundreds of Weichert® affiliated owners, brokers, and managers from across the country recently attended the national franchise network’s 2022 Leadership Retreat in New Orleans.
Held October 25-27 at the Marriott Warehouse Arts District, the national gathering featured three days of networking and dynamic content from a powerful lineup of speakers who provided strategies to help affiliates succeed in today’s changing market and uncertain economy.
The roster of speakers included nationally-recognized real estate trainer, Brian Icenhower, as well as the business coaching and support teams from Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. The speakers covered a wide range of topics such as recruiting and retaining agents, the importance of onboarding, building a pipeline for company generated referrals, brokerage marketing strategies, knowing your numbers and return on investment, and much more.

The national gathering also served as an opportunity for Weichert affiliated real estate professionals to share ideas and compare best practices in their respective markets. With an uncertain economy ahead, the collaboration between fellow affiliates helped owners, brokers, and managers build confidence and strategies for planning activities that will lead to sustained success.
“One of the best take-aways from our Leadership Retreat was the opportunity for our affiliates to not only learn from our speakers and coaches, but from each other as well,” said Scavone. “As leaders of their companies, it’s imperative they show confidence, conviction, and consistency in their everyday activities.
