Weichert® Expands Presence in New York with Addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Prince & Associates to National Franchise System

BAY SHORE, N.Y. / September 26, 2022 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that Weichert, Realtors® – Prince & Associates in Bay Shore has joined its national franchise system.

The brokerage, previously known as Prince & Associates, becomes the 20th Weichert franchised office in the state of New York and the first in Suffolk County.

Weichert, Realtors® – Prince & Associates is owned and operated by Angela Prince, who has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Prince has held a passion for real estate throughout her life and made the decision to become a licensed agent in 2007. She obtained her broker’s license two years later, before opening Prince & Associates in 2015. Prince is heavily involved in the local and state real estate scene, serving on multiple boards and committees. She currently sits on the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) Board of Directors, Professional Standards Committee, and Housing Opportunities Committee. She also serves on the Long Island Board of REALTORS® Grievance Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
