MANDEVILLE, La. / Jan. 16, 2020 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continues to grow its Gulf Coast market presence with the addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Mauti Schroder Scoggin in Mandeville, Louisiana.
The addition of the new real estate agency, formerly known as Mauti Schroder Scoggin Real Estate, marks the seventh Weichert® affiliate in the Gulf Coast state.
The broker/owner of the company, Steven ‘Skip’ Scoggin, made the decision to franchise after meeting with the Weichert leadership team at their national headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey.
Initially skeptical about franchising as an effective way to grow his business, Scoggin saw tremendous value in joining a brand like Weichert and the support they provide their affiliated owners, brokers and agents after his New Jersey meeting.
“I wasn’t completely sold on joining a franchise when I agreed to meet with the Weichert franchise leadership team,” said Scoggin. “But after seeing everything that Weichert could provide to help grow my business, the decision to join their franchise system made a lot of sense.”
As part of the franchise network, the Louisiana affiliate has access to the full suite of Weichert marketing tools and its smart technology platform to help them service buyers and sellers, as well as capture a larger share of their local market.
