The addition of the office, formerly known as Parkview Realty, LLC, marks the 18th Weichert® affiliate in the state of New York. Weichert has a network of over 360 franchised offices throughout the country.

Maruca formed her brokerage back in 1997 after many years working with some of the largest real estate companies in the country. Today, her large and diverse staff has nearly 30 agents who are fluent in nine different languages.

She’s been extremely active in her local community over the years, helping raise funds for Autism Speaks, Frank Sinatra School of Arts PTA, Hour Fund, Aids Center of Queens County and Salvation Army, as well as supporting diverse communities and many animal rescue organizations. Maruca has also participated in numerous clothing and food drives for the local community and has mentored young women interested in business.
