Weichert, Realtors® – Oasis Becomes Newest Southern California Affiliate
LANCASTER, Calif. / Feb. 13, 2018 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. continues to grow its West Coast market presence with the addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Oasis, one of the leading independent property management companies in northern Los Angeles County. The addition of the new real estate agency in Lancaster, formerly known as High Desert Realty, marks the 8th Weichert® affiliate office in the state.
The company’s broker/owner, Sam Alshaer, began talking with representatives at Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. last year to discuss the possibility of growing his business – particularly its residential real estate services – through franchising.
“I was thoroughly impressed with everything Weichert could provide to help grow my business when I met with their franchise leadership team in New Jersey last year,” said Alshaer, who opened the Lancaster real estate agency in 2014. “I’m excited to be part of a successful brand that has a proven track-record and believes strongly in the ‘customer comes first’ philosophy.”
As part of the Weichert franchise network, Alshaer’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert – starting with a three-day intensive in-office session to familiarize agents with the Weichert business approach. The Lancaster affiliate will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
