Iowa-Based Weichert, Realtors® – Miller & Clark Agency Becomes Newest Weichert Affiliate
DES MOINES, Iowa / Oct. 23, 2019 – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has expanded into a new market, Iowa, with the addition of Weichert, Realtors® – Miller & Clark Agency.
The addition of the new affiliate, formerly known as Miller & Clark Real Estate, continues the growth of the national franchisor’s footprint, which now has affiliated offices serving over 350 markets in 40 states.
“We’re excited to join a growing national brand like Weichert and be a part of something new and fresh that this state has never seen before,” said Broker Jason Miller, who owns the Iowa real estate agency with his business partner, Mike Jenkins.
Miller and Jenkins made the decision to franchise after meeting with the Weichert leadership team at their headquarters in Morris Plains, New Jersey. Both men saw tremendous value in joining a brand like Weichert and the support they provide their affiliated owners, brokers and agents.
