Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Expands Franchise Sales Team

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. / Dec. 12, 2022 — Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. (WREA) recently added Nicole Dillon, Cheryl Laperriere, Tona Colotla, Donna Eide, and Jamie Dooly to its franchise sales team, a group dedicated to growing the Weichert® brand and guiding prospective franchisees toward a path of sustained success. The franchise sales team’s expansion will help Weichert continue to meet market demand during a period of growth for its national franchise system.

Nicole Dillon worked in franchise sales and development for both RE/MAX and Realty ONE Group prior to joining the WREA team. She’s from Brownsburg, Indiana and will serve the Central region for WREA. Dillon majored in education at Johnson University in Knoxville. She’s been married to her husband, Chad, for 25 years, and the couple have two wonderful adult children together, Madison and Adam.

Cheryl Laperriere has over 21 years of experience in the industry and previously worked for Coldwell Banker before joining the WREA team. Laperriere is from Rochester, Minnesota and will serve the East region for WREA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. Laperriere has been married for over 30 years and has two sons, Matt and Luke. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, reading, cooking, and yoga.

Tona Colotla has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He made the move to WREA after working at Realogy, where he was recognized with the Developer of the Year Award. Colotla resides in Tempe, Arizona and will serve the West region for the franchise sales team at WREA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Donna Eide has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She’s managed some of the most distinguished brokers during in the industry and has been recognized with Top Producer and Manager of the Year Awards. Eide joined the WREA team after working with Desert Sothebys International Realty. She’s lived in Southern California for 30 years and will serve the West region for WREA. Eide has two amazing children, Tayler and Dawson, and loves spending time with her family, tennis, pickleball, going to the beach, hiking, and watching football.

Jamie Dooly joined the WREA team after spending three years in franchise sales with Goosehead Insurance. She resides in Katy, Texas and will serve the Central region for WREA. Dooly holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Texas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with her two pets, Cash and Killer.
