Born and raised in Knoxville, Hembree had an unusual introduction to real estate sales when, as an avid fisherman, he began showing house boats to potential renters and buyers at local marinas during the summer months. The lifelong Knoxville resident recently obtained his state license to handle residential and commercial real estate transactions in Tennessee.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Shelton has lived in Knoxville since 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education at the University of Memphis and became a licensed Tennessee real estate agent in 2017.
Zimmerman is a lifelong resident of Knoxville and a certified interior decorator. She is also a wife and mother of five who enjoys doing outdoor activities – like hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains and backyard gardening – with family and friends.
