FORT MYERS, Fla. / Dec. 3, 2020 — Weichert, Realtors® – Agency ONE recently added Jorge Fleitas, Angela Guitar, Sandra Lankford, Paula Lopez and Starr Springer to its growing team of talented and dedicated agents serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral and the surrounding areas.
The team’s five new agents are each members of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association, Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.

Fleitas has 14 years of experience in the industry, serving as a licensed agent since 2006. “Over the past 14 years, I’ve been providing my customers with property renovations and real estate services,” said Fleitas. “I’ve consistently helped my clients get top dollar for their homes and have put together packages that have delivered premium results.”
When he’s not servicing his clients, Fleitas enjoys boating, fishing, filming and photography.
Fleitas is from Miami and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Guitar is also a very experienced agent, having worked in the industry for 20 years. “Building relationships with my clients and colleagues brings me great joy. I truly love meeting and interacting with new people every day,” said Guitar. “I understand that buying or selling a home can be a very stressful endeavor, but I’m always there to listen and provide my clients with excellent service. This can often be the most substantial transaction of one’s life, and it’s my pleasure to provide ethical guidance throughout the process.”
Guitar enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her hobbies include boating, traveling, home improvement and gardening.
Guitar is married and has three children.
Lankford joins the team at Weichert, Realtors – Agency ONE hoping to use her strong negotiating skills and knowledge of the market to her advantage. “My patience and fun-loving personality help make the process enjoyable and stress-free,” said Lankford. “I’m committed to listening to my clients’ needs and utilizing my strong negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. I began my real estate career in New Jersey specializing in residential and land, and have since found myself in the beautiful Southwest Florida paradise for the past 10 years.”
Lankford worked as a math teacher in New Jersey and at nearby Bonita Springs Elementary. She has a background in marketing and owned two restaurants in New Jersey for 15 years prior to moving to Florida.
In her free time, Lankford enjoys photography, cooking, and crafts.
Lankford is a native of Cranberry Lake, New Jersey and resides in Fort Myers. She’s married and has two sons and two cats.
Lopez has been in the real estate industry for six months and plans to continue using her strong communication and negotiating skills to provide her clients with exceptional service. “My goal is to always enhance my clients’ experiences by guiding them through each step of the process,” said Lopez. “I’m able to accomplish this by listening closely to their needs and concerns and then negotiating to get the best possible deal.”
Lopez resides in Cape Coral.
Springer has been in the industry for one year and plans to continue putting her tireless work ethic to use for her clients. “I pride myself on listening to my clients and working tirelessly to help them find their dream homes. I truly love being an agent and it reflects in my work,” said Springer. “I’m also adept as using the latest marketing tools to expose my clients’ properties to the widest possible range of qualified buyers.”
Springer has experience in the real estate industry as an agent at Royal Shell Realty. Prior to that, she worked as a master hairstylist, assuring her clients’ delight on luxury services in an upscale environment.
Springer enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, as well as kayaking, exploring local cuisines and going to farmers markets.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Springer now resides in Cape Coral.
