Guzman served in law enforcement for 25 years before retiring in 2016 and transitioning into a new profession as a live stage producer, videographer, and editor, where he’s showcased his creativity and technical skills. More recently, he expanded his expertise into the real estate sector, obtaining his license to embark on a new journey as an agent. His unique combination of experience demonstrates his adaptability, determination, and ability to excel in various fields, making him a versatile professional ready to tackle new challenges.
Smith recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in psychology. She obtained her real estate license and expanded her knowledge and skills in the field as a member of the Royal Palm Coast Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®. A native of Fort Myers, Smith has exceptional knowledge of the area and the region’s real estate market. In her free time, she enjoys listening to audio books, traveling, trying new foods, going to the gym, and watching movies.
Zimmerman has over 25 years of experience in the public service sector, which began in Washington State as a human resources professional serving multiple state agencies, including the Department of Transportation, Veterans Affairs, and Employment Security. After vacationing in Florida, Zimmerman and her husband made the decision to move to the area in 2019. She secured a job with the Department of Health in Lee County where she worked in Environmental Health before earning a promotion to the administrative assistant for the assistant county health department director. Zimmerman has long had an interest in real estate, and recently obtained her real estate license to pursue a career as an agent and help make dreams come true for others. Zimmerman is a member of the Royal Palm Coast Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. She’s been married to her husband for 43 years, and they have two adult sons and six grandchildren.
